About the project:

In this project we will focus on the climate crisis and not just climate change, as there is enough evidence available to suggest that our climate is in an accelerated crisis or at least on the verge of a crisis. The changes that are taking place are already having a negative effect on life on the planet.
Our project aims to make students aware of the devastating effects of climate change and to produce solutions.
During the project, students will increase awareness and spread information in their schools and environments.

Objectives:

With this project, we intend that students:
- explore the basic science behind climate change;
- to be aware of and understand the climate crisis, in order to propose measures for a more sustainable life;
- reflect the human impact on the climate and the impact of the climate on human systems;
- to show interest in constructive debates on climate change;
- to learn about the climate and climate change in the community;
- be able to make informed and responsible decisions on actions that may affect the climate.

Working procedure:

Work on the project will start in September 2020 and end in June 2021. The monthly studies will be prepared taking into account the suggestions of the partner schools. The project will be carried out as an individual team and in a joint team. Webinars will be organized for sharing ideas, collaboration and evaluations.

Expected results:

During the project, students will learn how to make the world a better place.They will learn their responsibilities.
Improve digital, communication and language skills of students and teachers.
All material will be published in Twinspace and in a blog.
An e-book will be developed at the end.
